RETURNS POLICY INFORMATION
It is our goal to offer the highest level of service to our valued customers. Please contact us directly at 1-949-566-0380 Option #3 if you have questions about any of our products, services, or our policies. The policies below apply to online purchases only. With certain exceptions, you will be able to return your item(s) within 20 days of the date of receipt. Exceptions include special order items and items from certain manufacturers and will either be noted on these items' product detail pages or you will be notified for your approval prior to the processing of your order. Please contact us if you have any questions about an item's eligibility for return. If you wish to return an eligible item, it must be in new condition with the original packaging, including all parts, documentation and your receipt or packing slip.
Products in the following condition are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your expense:
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging, accessories, documentation, and all other items originally included with the product.
- Any product not purchased from Bliss Home and Design.
- Any product that is not like new.
RMA and Refunds
To request a return, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-949-566-0380 Option #3. If your return meets the above guidelines, you will receive an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) that must be included in the return address. Your package must be received by us within 10 days of RMA issuance. We recommend using a shipping method that has tracking and that you provide us with the tracking number by replying to the email with your RMA # and return instructions. A 15% return charge will be deducted from your credit. In the event of damage or product defect, a replacement order of equal or greater value must be placed for us to cover return shipping. Otherwise, your return will be considered a satisfaction guarantee and a 15% return charge will be deducted from your credit and your original shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded. You will receive your refund within 30 days of receipt and verification of your return. Your refund will be issued in the same method you paid for the refunded product.
Custom, personalized and special order items are not returnable or refundable. You have up to 1 business day from the order date to cancel a custom order and receive a refund. After 1 business day, custom orders are non-refundable. We guarantee satisfaction on our items so we will be more than happy to review any issues of products that are received not as depicted or advertised. Please email email@example.com for any issues.
Bliss Home and Design will negotiate a price match at the request of the customer. Request must include a link to the exact item. Limited to stock on hand. Excludes custom items. In the event that you do find an item offered for less and would like to receive the savings, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at 1-949-566-0380 Option #3 to place your order. Please have ready the competitor's website address and product URL so we can verify the information. Once approved you will be charged the same low price as found on the competitor website, minus 10% off the lowest price. For example, if you find an item listed with us at $100 and find another competitor who has the same product and is listing it for $90, we will charge you for $90 minus 10% = $81.00.
Please note price criteria for competitor pricing and ours:
- - Applicable items must be new and an exact match (construction, finish, color, dimensions) to what is currently offered on Bliss Home & Design.
- - Be aware that shipping costs from our competitor’s sites MUST be factored in when comparing to our prices.
- - No promos/coupons can be factored into the competitor price in further reducing their price and cannot be combined with BHD price to further reduce any "Price Match.”
- - Marked sale items on BHD are excluded.
- - Price match brand exclusions apply on but not limited to Arteriors, Canopy Designs, Currey & Co., CFC, Cyan Design, Dash & Albert, Global Views, Jaipur Rugs, Lee Industries, Natural Curiosities, Noir, Palecek, Surya, Uttermost, Zentique, and Zodax due to strict MSRP pricing guidelines.
- - Price match will not be applicable for pricing direct from manufacturers, auction items, auction websites, flash sale websites, etc.
- - Price match is at BHD's discretion and validity of the offer.
- - Price match excludes out of stock and/or backordered items with BHD and our competitor websites.
- - Price match cannot be applied to previous purchases.
Products on sale as indicated by slashed out pricing are considered final sale and are not eligible for return for reasons outside of defects and shipping damage.
Because every computer/mobile screen displays color differently, we cannot be responsible for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on your screen. Descriptions of merchandise, including colors, textures and other features are provided by the manufacturer. Bliss Home and Design assumes no liability whatsoever for the description, for variance, including in colors or textures, minor imperfections and/or for a product not meeting with customer satisfaction, absent a manufacturer-verified defect. We offer fabric swatches and finish samples for most of our vendors. Please contact a customer representative for swatch requests.
While we do our best to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition, damaged items do occasionally happen. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us for assistance. If you have had a furniture piece delivered and it was damaged during transit, the fright company may be responsible for repairing or replacing the piece. If it cannot be repaired, another piece will be shipped to you.
